A solution architect, developer and DevOps engineer who builds AI agents and automation solutions, including an AI agent that finds AWS waste, alerts business teams and sends monthly savings reports. Leads cloud migration, cost optimization and infrastructure as code.
Naman Mangal
Leads monitoring, patching, troubleshooting and IT administration for managed support clients. More than seven years in help desk and IT administration, hands-on with Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365: user and email setup, onboarding and offboarding, VPN and shared-drive setup, group policy and file permissions, and support for Windows and Apple devices. Has led a team of help desk engineers.
Sumit Bhandari
Leads network design, device configuration and connectivity support. More than eight years in network and systems support across Cisco, Meraki, Aruba and HP equipment, F5 load balancers, wireless controllers and SD-WAN, with working knowledge of routing (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and live troubleshooting of priority incidents. Also writes the SOPs and knowledge-base articles that keep support repeatable.

Specialises in machine learning, AI and agent-based systems, with a focus on large language model (LLM) applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) that let AI answer from a business's own data.
Biplab Das
A full-stack developer with four years of experience building Java and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs and web front ends in React and Angular, backed by PostgreSQL and MySQL databases. Also develops mobile applications. Works with CI/CD and code-quality practice, and has completed hands-on training in generative AI and LLM-based tools.
